1.  Products Description

Polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer (TPO-101) based on ethylene and octene copolymer with polyolefin resin formed by the reactive blending of thermoplastic elastomer.

2.  Products Form

Color: white, black, light transparent.      Shape: round granular

 

3.Physical Properties

 TPO-101 odorless, tasteless, non-toxic.

 

 TPO-101 have a good chemical stability with water resistance, aldehydes, resistant to inorganic acid, alkali and organic solvent-resistant.

 

TPO-101 have good weather resistance performance, long-term use at -20 °C - -50 °C, can maintain good softness and flexibility. Service life of up to more than 15 years.

5.Application Range 

TPO-101 apply for thermoplastic molding equipment with methods of extrusion, blow molding, calendar molding.The range of molding processing temperature is between :160-250 °C.

TPO-101 is use for specific waterproof building materials.
